We want your visit with us to be an opportunity to escape the city (like we have) and enjoy the country. We have installed a 14" gel and foam queen size mattress on an adjustable bed so that you can sleep like you are in heaven. The family room sofa offers a pull out mattress, but we offer a queen size memory foam tri-fold mattress that greatly improves the comfort level. There is a rough trail from our property to the bottom of lake. We are told there is great fishing, but since we don't fish I can only relay what we've been told from guides. During your stay, you are likely to see deer grazing on the property as you enter or leave. There are many varieties of birds as Belinda puts out bird seed every day. We’re Gated and Secure ? We’re on 10 beautiful acres, nestled between wooded, rolling hills. Every once in a blue moon, you can see cows out back and maybe a few deer too. ? We’ve got a really comfortable lodge with a Texas stone fireplace, leather sofas, a 55 inch TV, and lots of room to relax and enjoy. It’s a great place to hang your hat! ? There’s a laundry room too with 4 washers, 5 dryers, a soap dispensing machine, and a coin exchange. It’ll be loads of fun! ? The lodge has a Texas-sized, wrap-around covered porch with chairs so you can kick back and watch the birds. ? The roads are paved! That’ll keep the dust and noise down. ?
